How many guests can the convention centre hold?

Our main hall spans 20,000 sq ft and partitions into up to four sections, seating up to 2,400 guests in theatre layout and around 1,100 for a seated wedding, with a dedicated 600-seat dining wing and an exclusive VIP dining & dessert area. A separate first-floor air-conditioned hall hosts intimate functions of around 100 guests, ideal for mehndi and engagement.

Can we bring our own caterer and decorator?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own catering, mandap, and décor teams. Our in-house kitchen with 14 gas stoves, 1,500–2,000 vessels and an additional prep kitchen is also available, along with partner decorators if you prefer end-to-end coordination.

Is there parking on-site?

100 cars and 200 bikes are accommodated within the property. Valet support is arranged during peak events, and overflow guidance is handled by the on-site helpdesk.

Are there rooms for the family to stay?

Yes, A/C guest rooms with personal lockers are on the premises, so the immediate family can rest, change, and store belongings without leaving the venue. Walk-throughs of the rooms are part of every site visit.

What happens if the power goes out?

Full generator backup is wired across the main hall, the first-floor hall, the kitchen, the dining wing, and the parking lights. Switchover is automatic and transparent, your event continues uninterrupted.

Is the venue wheelchair-accessible?

Ramps run throughout the property, entrance, lobby, halls, dining, and washrooms. Automatic-sensor washrooms include accessible cabins. Our helpdesk can also pre-position seating for elderly guests.

Do you support live-streaming?

A multi-camera live-streaming setup is available across the main hall, with an optional add-on for the first-floor hall. We coordinate with your photography team or provide the operators in-house.

For weddings and large receptions we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance, especially for the Tamil & Telugu wedding seasons. Corporate dates can usually be confirmed within 2–4 weeks. Enquire with your date and we'll confirm availability.

What are the timings? When can we set up?

Set-up access is typically the previous evening; full-day usage is standard. The helpdesk operates 24/7, the office is staffed 9am–9pm. Specific timings are confirmed in your enquiry response and depend on the hall booked.
